The ground-enamel acrylic "NANCE" is intended for painting metal surfaces, including transportation structures, rolling stock, agricultural equipment, requiring good decorative properties and long service life in the ambient conditions of up to minus 60oC and internal works. Has a high physical-mechanical and decorative features. Possesses high covering ability, ease of application. The ground-enamel forms a coating with a period of exploitation in conditions of the industrial atmosphere temperate-cold climate ( NF1) at least 5 years at a dried film thickness of 60-70 microns. . Coating primer-acrylic enamel AK "NANCE" has a high weather resistance, good adhesion to metal surfaces with different degrees of roughness, elasticity , resistance to shock, resistance to short-term exposure of industrial oil.


The ground-enamel acrylic "NANCE" must be stored in a closed container in a dry place to prevent direct exposure to heat, sunlight and moisture at a temperature of from minus 300C to plus 400C.

Warranty period of storage primer enamel- 12 months from date of manufacture.

The painted surface must be cleaned from mechanical impurities, rust, scale степени2по to GOST standard 9.402-2004 or abrasive blast method to degree Sa 21/2 or mechanically to degree St 3 according to GOST R ISO 8501-1. The roughness of the cleaned surface( for ГОСТ2789) not more than 40 microns. Degreasing is toluene, xylene or solvents of grades P-4,R-5. Drying the surface after degreasing prior to application of the primer-enamel for 15-30 min.

Before applying the primer, thoroughly mix the enamel and, if necessary, diluted to the working viscosity by viscometer VZ-246 with nozzle diameter 4 mm at a temperature of 200C xylene , toluene . Recommended working viscosity during application depending on the application method:

brush or roller – 30-40 with .
pneumatic spraying is 25-27 C.
airless spray – 35-50 C.
Metal surfaces are painted with an ambient temperature of 5 to 350C and relative humidity above 80%.

Recommended coating thickness( dry layer) of 60-100 microns. Coating thickness( dry layer) in single layer application is 30-35 µm ( with paint spray) and 60-100 µm (by airless spray). The number of layers is determined individually depending on the application method. When painting in two layers, the interlaminar aging time of at least 15 min at 200C and at least 60 min at 50C. Final drying of the coating thickness up to 100 µm( dry layer) at 200C – at least 24 hours, at 50C - at least 48 hours. Installation and transportation of painted metal structures and parts no earlier than 72 hours after staining.

The theoretical flow rate of enamel for one-layer coating thickness ( dry layer) 30-35 µm is 60-100 g/m2 depending on the color. Actual consumption needs to take into account technological losses , depending on the application method, the degree of atomization, surface roughness, configuration of goods, etc.
